Exit Policy

1. Termination of Subscription
Upon termination of your ReadCube subscription, your access to the platform may be continued on a single-user, read-only or other reduced basis for up to 30 days to allow you to export a copy of your data, or alternatively (at our discretion) we may provide you with a copy of your data in a standard format.

2. Data Export
During the 30-day period following termination of your subscription, you will typically have up to 30 days to export your data from the platform. ReadCube offers standard guidance for exporting your data in standard formats. It is your responsibility to ensure that you export all the necessary data within this timeframe. It is also your responsibility to ensure that your data is successfully imported into other systems as applicable.

3. Additional Data Migration Support
If you require additional post-termination access, assistance or support, ReadCube offers optional services at an additional cost. The cost for these services will be determined based on the complexity of your requirements. Please contact our support team at support@readcube.com for more information and a customized quote. Additional prorated fees for month to month platform access during this time may also apply.

4. Data Deletion
After the 30-day period following termination of your subscription, or provision of a copy of your data to you, all data associated with your account may be permanently deleted without further notice or responsibility.

ReadCube reserves the right to update or modify this exit policy at any time without notice. Please review this policy periodically to stay informed about any changes that may affect you.

This policy does not constitute a contractual commitment. When forming part of any contract, all assistance and services described in this policy will be provided on a reasonable efforts basis, and entirely at ReadCube’s discretion in circumstances where termination is due to your breach or fees are outstanding.
